From the Côa Valley Mountains in Northern Portugal, Occidens is proud to present a multi-flower honey with a distinctive flavour. Occidens honey is collected from bees in their natural habitat, 600m above sea level, which helps create this unique and sophisticated taste. Occidens bee hives, found in these ancestral forests, bring us this distinctive honey. During July and October, we carefully collect our honey using traditional methods, whilst respecting European certification to guarantee our biological brand. Occidens honey is best enjoyed with bread or cheese to highlight its complex natural aroma and flavour.
